Fetal Heart Rate Detection and Data Compression Scheme Using Genetic Algorithm and Prediction Error Code Compression Technique

A heart rate detection and separation framework for the fetal ECG extraction is been proposed, which uses genetic algorithm and wavelet signal analysis technique. The different arthymias are detected by using JQDC scheme. The maternal ECG signal is identified and separated as different components and the ECG signal is separated using wavelet analysis where the lower and upper signals are separated and it is identified using genetic algorithm approach. Linear Predictive coding is the common technique used for QRS detection and compression scheme. Arrhythmia detection is done using wavelet transform and SVM classifier. Detection of QRS waveform in wearable device helps in the analysis of cardiac health of the patient.
